Thomas E. Armstrong and William David Sudderth

Vol. 94 (1981), No. 2, 251–257

Every finitely additive probability measure α defined on all subsets of a product space X ×Y can be written as a unique convex combination α = + (1 p)ν where μ is approximable in variation norm by strategic measures and ν is singular with respect to every strategic measure.
