Authors may submit manuscripts in PDF format online at the submission page.

Originality

Submission of a manuscript acknowledges that the manuscript is original and is not, in whole or in part, published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. It is understood also that the manuscript will not be submitted elsewhere while under consideration for publication in this journal.

Language

Submissions in any language will be considered; but keep in mind that languages other than English may exclude some potential readers.

Required items

A brief abstract of about 150 words or less must be included. It should be self-contained and not make any reference to the bibliography. If the article is not in English, two versions of the abstract must be included, one in the language of the article and one in English. Also required are keywords and a Mathematics Subject Classification code for the article, and, for each author, postal address, affiliation (if appropriate), and email address. A homepage URL is optional.

Format

Submission requires uploading the paper in PDF. If your submission is accepted you will then need to supply source files, which may be in any variety of TeX or LaTeX, or in other software such as Word.

References

Bibliographical references should be complete, including article titles and page ranges. All references in the bibliography should be cited in the text. The use of BibTeX is preferred but not required. Tags will be converted to the house format.

Peer Review

This journal operates a single-anonymized review process (the names of the reviewers are hidden from the author). All contributions will be initially assessed by an editor for suitability for the journal. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of one independent expert reviewer to assess the scientific quality of the paper. The editors are responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. The editors’ decisions are final. Editors are not involved in decisions about papers which they have written themselves.
